5. Teflon conveyor belts with different varieties, different specifications and models, strength, and the number of layers must not be used together (matched).

6. Teflon conveyor belt joints are best bonded with heat vulcanization to improve reliability and maintain high useful strength.

7. The diameter of the transfer roller of the Teflon conveyor belt should be consistent with the minimum pulley diameter of the conveyor belt.

8. Don't make the Teflon conveyor belt meander or creep. Connect the drag roller and the vertical roller with dexterity and proper tension.

9. When the conveyor is equipped with baffles and is cleaned and disassembled, wear of the Teflon conveyor belt should be avoided.

10. Cleanliness is the basic premise for the excellent operation of Teflon conveyor belts. Foreign impurities will affect the belt operation, causing deviations, uneven tension and even breakage.

11. When the initial damage of the Teflon conveyor belt is found during use, it should be found in real time to repair the damaged parts in real time to avoid the occurrence of bad results.
