1. Check the machine before installation to see if the machine running roller is flexible, whether there are sharp objects inside or inside the machine, to ensure that the belt is not scratched during the installation of the mesh belt, and the card is broken.

2. When installing the PTFE Teflon mesh belt, it is best to have two or more people to cooperate. You can also use the roll holder to pull up the mesh belt to prevent the mesh belt from being bent and injured.

3. When the Teflon mesh belt is inserted into the plug, the mesh belt is aligned on both sides of the two ends, and the joint is ensured to be flat after being worn. Insert the two ends of the bolt into the 180 degree pair to ensure that the joint does not slip, as shown,

4. Put on the latch, check the safety situation, and correct the manual or automatic correction to ensure that it is correct.

5. Slowly tighten the Teflon mesh belt, and adjust the two sides symmetrically. Note that the strap should not be too tight, which can be normal. If there is an automatic correcting mechanism, first adjust the manual correction to ensure that the automatic correcting mechanism is turned on after the mesh belt is in normal operation, so as to avoid the mesh belt being injured.

6. After installing and adjusting the belt, run at normal temperature for 15 minutes, then raise the temperature to 150 degrees and then run for 30 minutes, then adjust the normal use temperature.

7. Requirements for use:

Ptfe products: PTFE Teflon coated glass fiber substrate does not exceed 260 degrees, Kevlar substrate does not exceed 230 degrees.
