(1) Check the axis coincidence degree

(3) Check the position of conveyed objects
Check the location of raw materials on PTFE Teflon high-temperature conveyor belts. The raw material is not vertically centered on the cross section of the PTFE Teflon conveyor belt, which will cause the conveyor belt to deviate in direction. If the raw material deviates to the right, the PTFE Teflon conveyor belt deviates to the left, and vice versa. When using, try to keep the material vertically centered. In order to reduce or prevent the direction deviation of this type of PTFE Teflon conveyor belt, the baffle can be raised and the position and position of the material can be changed.
