When the PTFE telfon conveyor belt is operating normally, the normal speed of the conveyor belt is within 95%~100% of the roller speed. Generally, If the surface of the roller is worn or lubricated, the friction coefficient will be reduced and the conveyor belt will easily slip and run off track.

The other reasons which are also easily cuse slipping and running off track as below,
1. The tensioning stroke is not enough.
2. The counterweight is not reasonable.
3. The conveyor belt is too long.

To solve these problem, we need take below measures,
1. Frequently clean the surface of the roller.
2. Dry the conveyor belt body.
3. Adjust the tensioning stroke.
4. Reasonably adjuste the counterweight.
5. Adjust the length of the conveyor belt.
