PTFE Packing
Various sizes PTFE Packings are attached to the edge of the waistband with Kevlar stitching. It is an alternative to the wedge guides of normal type conveyor belts. There are grooves on the conveyor rollers, the ropes are installed in the grooves and ensure that the belt is guided.

PTFE Stud with Pin
The PTFE guide pins are attached to the reinforcement on the belt side by means of studs. The conveyor roller has a groove in which the stud fits and ensures the guidance of the belt. This guide type can withstand temperatures up to 280 °C.

Metal Eyelet
Guides with metal eyelets on the edge of the belt. Metal eyelets are attached to the chain frame by springs.

Metal Stud
Guides with metal studs on the edge of the belt. The conveyor roller has a groove in which the stud fits and ensures the guidance of the belt. Simple and inexpensive solution for belt speeds up to 20 m/min. Studs can be of different sizes and diameters.
