The new investment on the high precision CNC skiving facilities are able to make the high precision films, starting from the thickness of 0.02mm with the tightest tolerance 0.003mm, making us stand out amongst numerous manufacturers . The new clean room facility was built to eliminate the problem of surface finish debris or dust particles.

CW-100 premium is manufactured from the highest quality virgin PTFE resins.

CW-300 standard is manufactured from the pure virgin PTFE resins.

CW-500 high modulus is an oriented PTFE film with the advantage of higher tensile strength, dielectric strength and lower elongation.

Ø Etching treatment on one side or both sides is available for bonding.

Ø Available in standard widths of 300mm, 600mm, 900mm, 1000mm and 1270mm. Custom slit widths also available upon request.
