Changwei® stringer belt is made of high-strength glass fiber yarn or Kevlar (aramid) woven fabric with circular weaving equipment, and is made of PTFE resin by a unique process technology. It overcomes the phenomenon that the connection of the conveyor belt interface is easy to break. The circumference of the joint is not equal, resulting in poor stability and deviation. The running life of the seamless belt is more than three times longer than that of any Teflon conveyor belt.

The belt is equipped with advanced instruments to produce the required aperture on the belt according to the customer's needs.

1. Avoid the roller being covered by the material, causing the rotation to be ineffective, preventing the leakage from getting stuck between the roller and the tape, paying attention to the lubrication of the movable part of the conveyor belt, but not the oily conveyor belt;

2. Prevent the conveyor belt from starting;

3. When the conveyor belt runs off, measures should be taken to correct it;

4. When the conveyor belt is partially damaged, the artificial cotton should be repaired in time to avoid expansion;

5. Avoid the belt being blocked by the frame, pillars or block materials to prevent breakage and tearing.
