Solar Laminating PTFE Fabric

PTFE Laminated Fabric for solar cell laminating machine applies high quality glass fabrics combined with specially formulated high level of PTFE content to produce super smooth, high-gloss surface coating. In addition to providing the properties of excellent release, abrasion resistance, low friction and chemical resistance, PTFE laminated fabrics are dimensionally stable from -70°C to +260°C. Because of their non-toxic, odorless and tasteless qualities they have been approved for the Application of Solar Panel Laminating.

Properties of Solar Laminating PTFE Fabric:

1. Superior non-stick surface, enables lifetime as a laminator sheet.

2. Excellent dimensional stability and strong tensile strength due to glass fabrics.

3. Outstanding temperature resistance from -170°C to 260°C.

4. Strong resistance to all chemicals, do not worry about the bad effect caused by chemicals during production.

We Recommend the Sizes of Solar Laminating PTFE Fabric:

Normal sizes: 2.2m×3.6m;2.2m×5.4m;1.2m×2.3m

Other sizes can also be made.


We also have PTFE laminated fabric with rough surface on one side which is applied as conveyor belt for the solar cell to go through automatic laminating machine.
